Confenis 2012: 6th International Conference on Research and Practical Issues of Enterprise Information Systems (call for papers)

Confenis 2012 will be held in Ghent, Belgium, September 19-21, 2012. This conference is a primary international event by IFIP TC8 Working Group 8.9, in collaboration with Ghent University and the Economic Council for East-Flanders.
Call for papers: The deadline for abstract submissions is April 15 2012.
There is a Confenis 20102 Linkedin group and a Twitter page that help you stay up to date.

European Computer Driving Licence
ECDL
ECDL Belgium provides internationally accredited exercieses, exams and degrees in computer competences. It aims to further professionalize all people that have to work with IT in their professional lives, and is especially suited for employers to assess an employee's computer competence level.

ECDL


The FBVI-FAIB is the official licensee for realizing the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) in Belgium . Through seven tests a person can prove his ICT capacities. Already more than 1 million licences have been distributed. For extensive information, see the website.
