The Federation
Aims
The Federation was founded in 1974, in order to bring together associations the principal or secondary aim of which included an interest for informatics. The aims of the Federation are :* Meeting of the member societies
* Represent Belgium at IFIP and take care of the Belgian representation in its working groups
* Common representation of the national IT community to external and international organizations
* Organization of activities of general interest to the informatics community
