17.15 Introduction by prof. D. Deschoolmeester, Chairman of FBVI-FAIB.

17.30	Alignment of IT on the Objectives of the Organisation Mr. Frank Robben, president of SmalS-MvM and Administrator-General of the Social Security Cross Database
	Mr. Fr. Robben will explain on the basis of his broad experience how one can anticipate on the most critical and urgent needs of a compagny. The participants will receive some understanding on how the gap between ICT and policy makers is kept to a minimum.
18.15	Management of Competences in the domain of ICT Skills Mrs Fanny Taildeman, Personnel Manager
	Mrs. F. Taildeman will explain how the concepts of competence management are translated to the situation inside MvM-SmalS and which instruments can be used for this. With illustrations around several technical functions the participants will hopefully gain an insight on how some of these elements may be used in their situation.?
